At Winx Ink Studio, we believe in a collaborative approach to tattooing. We work closely with clients to design meaningful, delicate pieces. Our process includes a personalized consultation, precise execution, and detailed aftercare guidance.

Studio Policies

  • Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable. They secure your appointment and are applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.
  • Quotes: The fastest way to get a quote is to text us. Before reaching out, review the Services section on our website to answer any preliminary questions.
  • Consultation Details: Include all inspiration pictures and specify the placement of your tattoo when contacting us for a consultation. Be as specific as possible. For example:
    • Instead of: “I want my children’s birth flowers on my forearm.”
    • Try: “I have three children, and I want their birth flowers (daisy, daisy, and rose) on my forearm. I’d like a few filler flowers and minimal shading.”
  • Tattoo Style: We specialize in fine line tattoos, typically 3 inches or smaller with minimal shading.
  • Age Requirement: By law, we cannot tattoo anyone under 18 years of age, even with parental consent.
  • Response Times: For quote requests, we are typically available during evenings and weekends. Clients with active appointments take priority, but we will respond as soon as possible to accommodate your needs.

  • Prepare for Your Appointment: Eat a good meal before your session to maintain energy levels. Stay hydrated and avoid alcohol or caffeine beforehand.
  • Wear Comfortable Clothing: Choose loose-fitting clothing that allows easy access to the tattoo area.
  • Bring Entertainment: Feel free to bring headphones, a book, or anything else to help you relax during the session.
  • Follow Aftercare Instructions: Proper aftercare is essential for healing. We’ll provide detailed instructions to ensure your tattoo heals beautifully.
  • Communicate Openly: If you have any concerns or questions during the process, don’t hesitate to let us know. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities.

  1. Submit a Request: Click the "Book Now" button below and select Viviana Arroyo as your artist. Choose a date and time that works best for you. Please note that this is a request submission and does not lock in your spot.
  2. Consultation & Quote: Within 24 hours, I or my assistant will reach out to gather your details and provide a quote. If you decide to proceed, we’ll approve your appointment and send you a link to place your deposit.
  3. Secure Your Spot: Your appointment is confirmed once your deposit is placed. You’ll need to enter your card information, but you will not be charged until you receive the deposit link.
  4. Stay Updated: Follow my social media (linked at the bottom of this page) for last-minute openings due to cancellations.
  5. Waitlist: If you’re looking to book for the upcoming month, ask about our waitlist during your consultation.
